You Can Explore This Gigantic Tunnel Installation Made From Repurposed Wood

Brazilian artist Henrique Oliveira has constructed a large tunnel-like installation made out of repurposed wood pieces.

Oliveira incorporates ‘tapumes’, a type of siding made from plywood, to create the framework for the sculpture. After which, pieces of repurposed wood are nailed to the framework for a solid finishing.

Titled ‘Transarquitetônica’, the giant installation almost takes up the whole ground floor at the Museu de Arte Contemporânea da Universidade in São Paulo.

Visitors to the museum can also gain an interactive experience as they are allowed to explore the interior of the huge installation.
