Find Your Way To This Secret Swimming Pool In The Middle Of A Desert With GPS

Austrian artist Alfredo Barsuglia has created a project that is a part interactive art installation and part social experiment, titled “Social Pool”. It has been set up in the southern part of the Mojave Desert.

The pool is opened to the public, but to use it, visitors will have to get the GPS coordinates of its exact location from the MAK Center for Art and Architecture in West Hollywood, along with a key for uncovering the pool.

The artist wants to find out to what length would people would travel for a little leisure, as there are no roads, fence or sign that will guide them along the way.

Find out more about the project here.
