Infographic: Evolution Of Fonts In Hollywood Movie Titles





Website Logo Design Guru has created an infographic that traces the history and evolution of the fonts used in Hollywood movie titles.



From the silent era to the introduction of sound and color into the film-watching experience, the various changes in the movie industry are reflected in the typographic presentation of the title sequence.



For instance, the 1950s saw the creative use of fonts that interact with the environment of the movie—this is also the period when legendary designer Saul Bass produced his most iconic works.
