‘Mi Band’ Tracks Your Fitness Goals, Unlocks Your Phone Too

Fitness junkies now have an affordable option to consider if they are looking for fitness trackers that will not break the bank.

Chinese gadget maker Xiaomi announced the arrival of its first wearable device called the 'Mi Band'. Priced at $13, the band monitors your health and tracks your sleep.

Unlike other fitness trackers in the market, the Mi Band allows you to unlock your phone without a password.

However, the device comes with a catch—currently, it only works with Xiaomi smartphones.

Nonetheless, upcoming plans for the device include turning it into a personal ID that allows you to unlock household doors and other smart appliances, making it a worthy investment for the future.
