Artist Illustrates The Beautiful Public Libraries In A City He Loves

As a way of paying tribute to a city he loves, artist and urban geographer Daniel Rotsztain has set out to illustrate every branch of Toronto Public Libraries in his project All the Libraries Toronto.

Explaining his reason for taking up the project, Rotsztain says, "A lot of people talk about how Toronto is divided, ignoring the things that unify us, like our library system. No matter where I am in this city...I feel at home at the libraries I visit."

His illustrations are regularly posted as this is an ongoing series. Rotsztain even updates a map that shows you the branches he has drawn.

Visit his website to see all his illustrations and where he has been. Prints are also available for purchase on his website.
