Colorful, Neon-Colored Ice Cream That Glows In The Dark

An ice cream shop based in Melbourne, Australia, is introducing a range of glow-in-the-dark ice cream, inspired by raves.

Innovative ice cream parlor 196 Below already makes their ice cream with liquid nitrogen. Now they are introducing a range of glowing, florescent frozen treats.

A UV-reactive liquid coloring causes the glowing ice cream, which comes in three delicious flavors: pine-lime, mango-passionfruit and redskin, a raspberry based flavor.

Although this ice cream glows, according to Australia's Therapeutic Goods Administration, it is safe to consume. Scroll down for more photos of this awesome ice cream.
