Designer Turns Friend’s Résumé Into Wine Label, Gets Her Job At Wine Company

It always makes us smile when we read about creatives who think out of the box with their fun, inventive, and awesome approach to job hunting.

When Budapest-based Bernadett Baji was thinking of applying for a marketing position at Hungarian wine distributor Bortársaság, her designer friend Miklós Kiss suggested she turn her résumé into a wine label instead of sending a traditional word document.

Kiss created an elegant black-and-white label for Baji, fashioning a chic ‘B&B’ logo for her initials and her year of birth as the date of manufacture. Baji’s curriculum vitae was displayed in a neat and organized layout in the body of the label, which was affixed to a wine bottle.

With the thought and effort that went into crafting her unconventional résumé, it’s no surprise that Baji got the job.
