Known for his hilarious short films about famous people like Cate Blanchett, Jessica Chastain and Kirsten Dunst, the tables have turned for filmmaker Matthew Frost in this biographical film about his creative process.

Shot as a part of the A New Breed series by The Creator Class, Frost reveals insights about his filmmaking approach and shows his self-awareness of the fashion industry's tricks and styles when it comes to film. He sums it up pretty simply when he says, "You're lucky they're wasting their time on your space and so making it short and sweet and simple is key."

Throughout the biographical short directed by Paul Johnston and Adam Beck, there was an recurring plot of how Frost himself fails to plan his own birthday party which culminates in him singing Everybody Hurts alone in a karaoke bar. It is this combination of self-awareness and humor that underlies Frost's work.
