In case you missed this news of a pop-up Pokémon Café, here’s even more reason to visit Japan this season.
Located in the mountainous regions near Shiroishi is a village, called the ‘Zao Fox Village’, that’s home to hundreds of foxes of different species since 1990.
You can get close to these adorable animals and choose to feed them for ¥100 (less than US$1). While you may take photos of them, petting of the foxes is not recommended.
