Heartwarming Photos Of A Two-Year-Old Girl And Her Pet Piglet

Meet two-year-old Libby and her three-month-old pet pig named ‘Pearl’.

The adorable toddler and piglet share an inseparable bond, and their love for each other is perfectly documented on Instagram by their mother Lindsey Bonnice, who happens to be a photographer.

On Bonnice’s Instagram account @livesweetphotography, the lovable Libby and Pearl can be seen having tea parties and playing dress up with one another.

In an interview with the Huffington Post, Bonnice said, “Libby has been obsessed with pigs for about six months now, always wanting to see pictures of them and watch videos on our phones. So, after lots of research and hearing wonderful things about these sweet guys we decided that adding a pig to our family would be great.”

She added, “I hope that Libby and Pearl will bring a smile or a chuckle and maybe lift someone’s spirits! They both bring me so much joy and I’d like to share that with others!”

Can't believe this little miss will be two when we wake up tomorrow morning!! It was right around this time two years ago that we got the call that her momma was headed to the hospital! My how the butterflies were flying! I remember the conversation @autoxfil Fil and I had in the car on the way to the hospital. I said "Wouldn't it be so fun if she had curly hair, I've always wanted a little girl with curly hair like me, and maybe she'll be chubby!" Noah was not a chubby baby at all so I thought a chubby baby would be so cute! And then we were given a gift, a perfect baby girl who was chubby and who grew up to have the curliest hair! God didn't have to give me those extra sweet things but he did and I am so very thankful for this crazy, wonderful journey we are on!! #pearlspigtales #libbyandpearllove

Home again, home again after several amazing days at #altsummit !! It's so nice to be home but the reality of getting back to daily life after being away and on such a high can bring you down a bit if you know what I mean. Hoping for a good nights rest and our routine falling back into place a little tomorrow for us and the babies! Rest and family time usually is some of the best medicine for us!

Pearl learned to beg today when Libby was eating pirates booty on the couch! Why are both human and critter toddlers the cutest when they are being naughty?! #pearlspigtales
