Have you ever felt the adrenaline rush from winning a competition, or when you advanced to a new level in a game?



PBS Game/Show host Jamin Warren, together with Joe Hanson of It’s Okay To Be Smart, explores why it feels good to win, and how it affects your brain.



To summarize the eight minute long video, the reason why we feel good when we win is because the brain releases an addictive chemical called the dopamine, liken to the state of mind when eating chocolates.
