This Billboard Lets People Heal The Wounds Of A Bruised Woman By Looking At Her

To coincide with International Women’s Day this Saturday, UK-based organization Women’s Aid has created an engaging digital billboard that confronts domestic violence face on.

Using facial recognition technology and an image of a bruised woman, the billboard lets passers-by ‘heal’ the woman’s wounds by looking at her.

As more people stop to take notice, her wounds also start to heal faster—sending the message that domestic violence shouldn’t be ignored.

The campaign was created with the help of WCRS London, and will be featured at numerous places in the UK.
