Located in Shibuya, Tokyo, the FabCafe is holding an event where participants will be able create chocolates that are molded to look just like them.
The Valentine’s Day workshop is opened to women only because in Japan, women are the ones who traditionally give out chocolates on Valentine’s Day—men will have their chance to do so on a holiday called the White Day in March.
After a face is scanned, a silicon mold of it is produced—chocolate is then poured into it, re-creating the face in sweet chocolate form.
This certainly looks like a fun, one-of-a-kind gift, but we cannot help but feel that it is a little creepy to have one’s lover eating one’s face, even if it is made of chocolate.
