Creative writing student Paul Laudiero has created a Tumblr blog called, ‘Shit Rough Drafts’, where he pokes fun at famous books by imaging how “shitty” their first drafts were.
According to Laudiero’s imagination, the rough drafts of great books—from The Brothers Karamazov to the The Hunger Games—were not that great.
To celebrate the premiere of The Great Gatsby, Laudiero’s latest posts are replete with “first drafts” of the American classic.
The creator of these “shitty” rough drafts is also working on a book, but publishing details have yet to be released.
