Michael Thommason, the title holder of the Guinness Book of World Records for the largest video game collection, is auctioning off his more than two decades old collection of games.
Almost a quarter of the more than 11,000 games are “newly factory sealed”, while “over 8,300 are complete with box and manual”. Adding onto every gamer’s envy, Thommason is also throwing in the Guinness certificate, where you can officially hold the record of having the largest video game collection in the world without needing to go through the years of games accumulation.
The winning bid also gets to win a lifetime subscription to RETRO magazine and the fame that comes along with it.
