‘Alice In Wonderland’ Illustrations By ‘Moomin’ Creator Tove Jansson

The late Tove Jansson was perhaps most well-known for her creation of Moomin, but she also produced equally brilliant illustrated works for other literature, such as Alice in Wonderland.

Illustrated in 1959, her surreal portrayal of Alice’s adventures has allowed fans to view the Lewis Carroll classic in a new light.

By using light lines and clever shading, Jansson brought out the whimsicality of the fantasy book.
