Studio Wieki Somers and chocolatier Rafael Mutter have come up with a gigantic cylindrical block of chocolate that contains beautiful geometric layers.
Completed for a retrospective of the architect Gerrit Rietveld, this cake is made up of ten layers—each layer has a different pattern and is shaved off using a blade that looks like a cheese slicer.
