With more and more people consuming content on their mobile devices, responsive web design has become very important to ensure that it would be as easy to read on a small smartphone screen as on a large computer monitor.
While images, including as brand logos, do not change on pages with responsive design, London-based designer Joe Harrison has launched a concept to imagine what famous logos would look like if they do change along with the size of the screen.
As you resize the browser window with “The Responsive Logos” page, you would observe that the various featured logos, such as that of Nike, Coca-Cola and Walt Disney, become increasingly simplified as the window gets smaller.
For instance, the Coca-Cola logo is finally reduced to just the word “Coke” to remain readable on a very small screen.
Have fun with this creative project, and find out what these well-known logos would look like if they are made to be responsive, here.
