French photographer and art director Maud Chalard has embarked on a project where she captures couples in their most beautiful, intimate moments to prove that “love still exists.”
In an interview with BuzzFeed, the Paris-based creative said she was inspired by her love of “beautiful analog pictures of love.”
Each session lasts around two hours, during which she listens to her subjects talk about their relationship.
Taken mainly in their homes, the raw, unguarded moments of them kissing and embracing brim with passion and emotion.
Chalard acknowledged that her series currently lacks diversity, and that she hopes to shoot elderly and LGBT couples as it progresses.
