Believe it or not, the first ever photo posted on Instagram was neither about food nor cats.
The first photo uploaded actually featured a foot and a dog and it was taken by CEO and founder of Instagram, Kevin Systrom.
Fast-forward two years later, this photo has set itself to be the ‘bedrock’ in the ‘world’s largest photo collection’ of breakfast meals, cats and landscapes—a collection that has 4 billion photos.
That’s 1,369,863 photos a day for the past two years!
What do you think of Instagram’s achievements ever since they first started?
