FiftyThree is a collaborative group of creatives and they have developed an iPad app that aims to bring out the best from their fellow creatives.
Called ‘Paper’, it is not your average virtual doodle pad—it allows users to do anything possible like on regular paper.
You can create storyboards, take notes, sketch, paint and even create ‘Moleskine-like’ journals to store your masterpieces and ideas—all on your iPad.
The app has been designed to work with the iPad’s latest retina display release—allowing users to create intricate details such as pencil textures and watercolor edge bleeds.
Users can even ‘rewind’ their mistakes and continue with their work.
According to FiftyThree’s website, they wanted to create a creative tool that works in the same way they do.
Paper is currently free to download on the iTunes Store, however the app’s ‘Sketch’, ‘Outline’, ‘Write’ and ‘Color’ functions have to be purchased at USD$1.99 each or $6.99 as a pack.
