Israeli designers David Budzik and Adi Schlesinger have created a coffee machine with a scientific twist.
Called the ‘Laboratory Espresso Machine’, the contraption was created to help users achieve the perfect timing for the perfect espresso.
By employing some laws of physics—such as the ‘Venturi Effect’ and thermodynamics—the device would punch espresso capsule when the temperature and pressure is right, giving you the perfect shot.
