Designed by American company Cuppow, the BNTO is an innovative insert that transforms an ordinary canning jar into a lunchbox.
Canning jars are perfect to use as lunchboxes because they are cheap, easy to clean and microwavable.
However, not all foods, like salad and dressing or chips and salsa, travel well together.
So Cuppow took inspiration from the compartmentalized Japanese bento box to create the BNTO, a cleverly shaped insert that separates a canning jar into two compartments, keeping the wet from the dry.
