In his photo series called ‘Ants Fighting’, Illinois-based biologist and photographer Alex Wild captures macro “images of conflict among ant societies”.
According to Wild, he said that “the worst enemies of ants are often other ants” and his theory is proven in his pictures.
In the photo series, it shows different species of ants locked in battle for territorial dominance.
To capture these intense battle photos, Wild traveled the world—from “Australia, the United States, Panama, Argentina, Ecuador, South Africa, Brazil, and Uganda”.
