Designed by Parisian start-up Smiirl, the Fliike is the first physical Facebook Fan counter designed for local businesses, public places or marketing departments.
Once connected to your Facebook page via WiFi, the Fliike keeps tracks of all the ‘Likes’ that page receives.
The Fliike, aimed to bridge the physical and online presence of local businesses, features a very mechanical design.
Said Smiirl co-founder and CEO Gauthier Nadaud, “Screens are everywhere, that’s why we provide a simple design using mechanical interactions, thus giving [the] Internet some tangible aspect”.
