Designer Gives Hooters’ Updated Logo A Parody Revision



Koch’s version of Hooter’s logo



Famous US restaurant chain Hooters recently unveiled an updated, modern logo.



In jest, Seattle-based artist Jim Koch decided to give the logo a parody revision of what he feels “it should be”, according to Koch.



The parody logo still retains the modern streamlined look and its iconic owl, Hootie—however, it pokes fun at the “breastaurant’s” renown “sexual imagery” by emphasizing the double entendre of Hootie’s eyes, the “OO” in “HOOTERS” and the brand’s name.
