Eye-Catching Typographic Signs Created For The Homeless

Hand-letterer Kenji Nakayama and Christopher Hope have embarked on a creative project with a humanitarian slant.

Simply called “Homeless Signs”, Nakayama gives homeless people US$10 and a hand-lettered sign to replace their old ones.

They have posted some photos on their Tumblr, along with an interview of the homeless person they have helped.

By making people more aware of the problem of poverty, the creative team hopes that more people would follow suit and help the homeless in any way they can.
