In China, An Incredible Colorful Rocky Landscape

via Xin Ran

In Gansu province, China, Zhangye Danxia Landform is a place where beautiful landscapes are naturally formed in various colors—without the help of Photoshop.

Dancia landform was created from red sandstones and conglomerates, together with water flow fissures, erosion, oxidization and tectonic plate movements.

Put together by Bored Panda, images of the Chinese landscape of valleys and waterfalls feature colors yellow, orange, red, green and blue—and look more like a painting than a photograph.

If you plan on visiting the beautiful place, Bored Panda has tipped that the hills glow even brighter after rainfall.
