Impressive, larger-than-life installations—like this beloved giant rubber ducker—seem to be all the rage these days.
French artist Philippe Pasqua has recently conceived of and finished constructing a chrome sculpture of a life-sized Tyrannosaurus Rex skeleton that now towers over the Seine River.
Made of 350 molded bones, the 3-by-6 meter sculpture depicts the T-Rex as the popular culture icon that it is today, complete with its massive head, powerful tail and sharp teeth.
This pre-historic monster, shockingly out of place in charming Paris, would definitely be a hit with the camera-toting tourists—view more images of the sculpture below.
