Boston-based company DrinkSavvy has invented drinkware that can detect date rape drugs, and changes color immediately upon detection.
Using a special innovation, DrinkSavvy makes the drinkware that people already currently use, such as party cups, glasses, straws, and stirrers. The color-changing technology warns you of possible danger before you consume the drink unknowingly.
Since their Indiegogo campaign was started, DrinkSavvy has been an instant hit amongst the Internet, raising its target sum and exceeding it within five days. They also have been featured in plenty of offline and online media, with many anticipating its launch.
