Skype recently teamed up with ad agency Pereira & O’Dell and Singaporean artist John Clang to produce a heart-warming ad campaign that features a series of unique “family portraits”.

Titled ‘Stay Together’, the campaign highlights how Skype is used to connect people even over long distances.

To create the “family portraits”, Clang cleverly bridges the distance between the family members by combining a Skype video call with photography.

The campaign currently consists of three “family portraits”. The first, ‘The Impossible Family Portrait’, follows Denis, who is separated from his family in Uganda, and is trying to stay in touch with them over Skype.

‘The Animal family Portrait’ is a story about a zookeeper whose Australian work visa ran out, and how she keeps in contact with her friends, both human and animal.

‘The Growing Up Family Portrait’ tells the story about how a 10-year-old girl keeps in touch with her cousin in Brazil, so as to not grow apart.
