‘Anti-Stress Station’ Lets People De-Stress By Popping Bubble Wrap

Innovative street artist fra-biancoshock has set up a free “anti-stress station” at a bus-stop in Milan—passer-bys are encouraged to de-stress by popping a sheet of bubble wrap.

Tapping into the therapeutic quality of popping bubble wrap, the artist has provided stressful city-dwellers with an ingeniously simple way of stress relief.

The “anti-stress” bubble wrap comes in three sizes—the smallest sized sheet provides 3 minutes of stress relief while the medium and large sized sheets will give you 5 and 10 stress-free minutes respectively.

Even if you are not feeling particularly stressed up, this sounds like a really fun way to kill time while waiting for the bus.
