Five Harvard University students decided to join in the space-craze and send a hamburger to space.
In ‘Operation Skyfall: First Hamburger In Space’, a two days-old burger, from a hamburger company in Massachusetts, was launched in Sturbridge, Massachusetts.
With the help of a 600g helium-filled weather balloon—attached with a GoPro Hero for recording and HTC Rezound phone for GPS—the hamburger’s reached astronomical heights of a maximum altitude of 30,000m.
