Real Birds Post Tweets On Twitter

Latvian artist and creative director Voldemars Dudums has conceived of an ingenious way to get real birds to post tweets on Twitter.

By fastening cubes of bacon fat onto an old computer keyboard, he was able to attract birds to this unconventional bird feeder—which would then inadvertently press random keys while snacking on the fat.

These “messages” from the birds were then posted onto Twitter under the account @hungry_birds—as many as 100 tweets were posted a day before the project went quiet earlier this year.

The tweets made by the birds appear to be nonsensical—but that may be because we do not understand bird language?
