Designer Reveals Queen Elizabeth’s Wardrobe Secrets





After Pantone released a limited edition color guide on the Queen’s wardrobe throughout her 60-year reign, there has been a surge of interest in her colorful outfits.



Royal dressmaker Angela Kelly reveals interesting details about dressing British monarch Queen Elizabeth II in her new book Dressing The Queen: The Jubilee Wardrobe.



Released by the Royal Collection to celebrate the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee year, the tome will take readers behind the scenes to Buckingham Palace’s dressmaking headquarters.



In it, readers can also find royal style secrets from the Queen herself⎯including the use of weights to prevent dresses and skirts from flapping up in windy conditions.
