Photographer Takes Stunning Woodland Pictures Under The Influence of Drugs

Some artists, musicians and poets have claimed that they create better when under the influence of psychedelic drugs—we are skeptical at best.

Canadian photographer Benoit Paillé took this claim to the test by going under the influence of LSD before setting out to shoot the woods at night.

Lighting his way with a candle, he took a series of four-minute-exposure photographs—aptly named ‘LSD’—which consisted of six stunning images of gorgeously colored foliage against a night sky strewn with stars.

Whatever opinion one might have about drug use, there is little doubt that these enchanting, color-saturated pictures are very beautiful indeed.

Head over to the photographer’s website for more of his work.
