AppSeed is a Kickstarter toolkit for the iPhone that turns your sketches into functional apps.
Creators Adam Leon and Greg Goralski said that it was frustration at the lack of context and app behavior of traditional pen-and-paper drawings that led to the creation of AppSeed.
Using AppSeed, a user takes photos of their rough sketches with their iPhone’s camera and assigns respective UI elements to the layout. This allows the user to visualise actions that are hard to convey in a sketch, such as drop-down menus, popups and modal windows, making for a more enhanced and intuitive design process.
