If you have lost a wallet before, you’d know how much of a hassle a moment of carelessness costs. The same goes for a lost phone—these items are such necessities, yet so easy to misplace.
Nowadays, a lost phone can be tracked with GPS technology, like the “Find my iPhone” app by Apple.
If a lost phone can be found with tracking technology, so can a wallet. The makers at Ping Wallet have created a slim, smart wallet that is equipped with anti-loss, anti-theft and card reminder technology.
Created to tackle the increasing problem of identity theft, the Ping Wallet aims to be the "most over-protective wallet" you’ll ever have.
After connecting Ping to your iPhone or Android smart phones using Bluetooth 4.0, it can be located using proximity searches or sounds in the event the wallet is misplaced.
Furthermore, it fires an alert to remind you to return your card back to your wallet after each use. If the Ping app is opened on your phone, it will alert you when your card has not been placed back in the wallet.
