As a fresh take on jewelry, Swedish headphone brand Happy Plugs teamed up with an Old Town, Stockholm-based goldsmith to create a pair of earphones out of 18-carat solid gold.
Priced at a whopping US$14,500, the lavish accessory for your ears are handmade, with each side molded out of 25-grams of gold.
Apart from being able to use it to listen to music, the extravagant earphones aim to add style to everyday outfits.
For those more down-to-earth with less deep pockets, the brand also offers cheaper metallic versions in gold, silver and other colors at about US$30.
