Working with craft breweries and distilleries in Colorado and using local in-season ingredients, Puff’s founder Kirsten Farabi have created a range of delicious artisanal spreads that will be the highlight of any breakfast.
Although the brand’s menu include items named “Strawberry Champagne Mint”, “Raspberry Whiskey Chipotle” and “Apple Beer Cardamom”, they are actually safe for children and pregnant women as the alcohol is cooked off during the preparation process.
This may come as a disappointment to those looking for a buzz to start the day, but the bright side is that you will still get to taste the unique flavors left behind by the liquors and beers.
