20th Century Fox and Marvel Comics have announced that they will be working on a Deadpool movie which will be released on 12 February 2016. It is set to be directed by Tim Miller.
After a leaked test footage of Deadpool surfaced a day after the 2014 Comic Con weekend, intense reactions were generated online.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, actor Ryan Reynolds, who reprised the role of Deadpool in the leaked test footage, has not received any deal to take up the role. However, the “bets are that he will”.
