Sculptures That Double As Hand Soap, Add A Touch Of ‘Classy’ To Bathrooms

In a bid to beautify toilets and encourage good personal hygiene at the same time, London-based Korean artist Meekyoung Shin decided to bring art to the bathroom.

Her ‘Toilet Project’ features sculptures made out of soap, that are recreations of classical Eastern and Western statues.

Located in lavatories of 16 museums and galleries across the UK, her soap sculptures add a little touch of whimsy and classy to the public toilets.

Visitors are also encouraged to use her sculptures to wash their hands.
