Everyone may feel blue once in a while, which is why Michael Pecirno’s project, “Notes For Anyone”, aims to bring joy to people.
Pecirno has replaced billboards, street signs, and modified lamps in Chicago with these upbeat and encouraging phrases so that people would look up and see a heartening message.
Later on, this project became part of the Billboard Art Project, with the artist bringing joy to San Bernadino and Baton Rouge as well.
Hopefully this fun project brought joy to someone’s day—sometimes a pick-me-up like this is just the thing to help us get through the day.
