Business Cards That Look Like Tongue Depressors That Nurses And Doctors Use

A Valencia, Spain-based design studio named itself ‘Doctor Zamenhof’, as they ‘diagnose’ design problems and prescribe remedies and solutions.

To complete its ‘medical’ theme, instead of regular paper business cards, the studio created ‘Chip off the old block’, business cards that take after the look of tongue depressors.

Each of the sticks of wood—that are akin to the instruments health practitioners use to inspect the mouth or throat of patients—features the contact information of the design studio; so that clients can tell the card apart from other regular design studios’ business cards, should they need to look it up for a ‘second opinion’.

The business stick-cards have also more ways than the two mentioned (containing design studio contact information, and tongue depressing)—like to stir your morning coffee if you’ve forgotten a spoon, or make popsicles.
