The man in question is Jim Wolf, and he is an army veteran of the United States. He has been struggling with alcoholism and has been homeless for years.
As the camera rolls, Jim Wolf is transformed from a tired-looking man who has forgotten about grooming to a clean-cut and well-shaved gentleman in the suit.
