Created to promote the sandwich chain’s Smokehouse Brisket Sandwich, the commercial shows a slab of meat being smoked continuously for 13 hours.
According to PSFK, the ad was first broadcast over the Memorial Day weekend in Duluth, Minnesota. It also entered the Guinness Book of World Records for the longest television commercial.
