Unconventional US photographer Lori Nix has hand-made detailed dioramas from scratch and then photographs them.
Her projects often depicts the "failing future and demise of humanity" with a hint of subtle humor. Her latest work titled "The City" shows apocalyptic ruins of art museum, an abandoned railway and a Chinese take-out restaurant.
These scenarios are amazingly build out of foam, glue and paint, the artist then add touches of destruction by throwing in dirt and distressing walls.
