Sydney gets decked out in an array of stunning light fixtures during the annual "Vivd Sydney" festival.
A pool of talented artist and producers take over the city, showcasing different artworks on the streets and iconic landmarks like the Sydney Opera House—while some simply light up the various structures, others feature impressive "technical innovations" that give "a totally different composition or surface texture" to the facade.
The festival will be held from 23 May until 9 June 2014. It also features musicians from around the world and serves as a platform for public discussions and exchange of ideas.
