We have previously featured Marty Cooper’s drawings on transparent film that were inserted into everyday scenes. Now, the artist has managed to animate each drawing, compiling it into a YouTube video.
Titled “Aug(de)mented Reality”, these whimsical drawings come to life as Cooper combines both 2D animation techniques with stop-motion, testing the limits of his imagination—for example, we see a hairball cough up a cat, and a garbage monster eating trash.
