A Stylish Seafront Hotel For Cyclists To Check-In With Their Bikes

Hotel Cycle is a Hiroshima-based lodging designed by Japanese studio Suppose Design Office that is targeted at cyclists who want to check-in with their bicycles.

The hotel bedrooms are equipped with wall hooks that guests can use to hang their bicycles when they are not using them.

Other than the rooms, the two-story building also consists of a restaurant, a bicycle and clothing shop.

According to the architects, they used mostly industrial materials such as wood, mortar, and steel in their designs as a tribute “to the city's shipbuilding history”.
